"Room was clean but spartan. If you are only interested in a place to sleep it is great. We had the breakfast… slightly overpriced but very nice yogurt, coffee (hot chocolate) bread/ croissant with jam and delicious Normandie butter! Worth in in my book!

"The room was small but adequate .
The air conditioner wasn’t working , only blew hot air and as it had been 27 degrees that day it was a very hot unpleasant night . We had to sleep with window open , the road noise was awful and the a car alarm went off . We hardly slept .
The light switch on the bedside light was broken so I couldn’t switch it on to read .
All in all an awful night with not much sleep .
With a very long drive back to the uk the next day it wasn’t ideal .
Teception was closed...

"Reception was non-existent. I waited for almost an hour and tried to contact all the given numbers listed on the front door but none of them were on WhatsApp or able to call with data. I then proceeded to go the hotel next door (Hotel Premiere Classe Rouen) to seek their assistance. Finally, got the code for the safe which kept the room cards.
Based on booking, it was supposed to the smaller building, but room allocated was the building opposite.
No other follow ups. I was not even given wifi...

"Accueil mal aimable. Cambre "frigorifique", en mettant le radiateur à 28°, 2 jours n'ont pas suffit pour avoir un semblant de confort. Ménage fait après la première nuit, sauf le lit. Facture donnée seulement en fin de 2ème journée. Point positif : il y a une marge de progression confortable
