The only reason not giving it 5 stars is that rooms are a bit small for longer stays, which we had a 7 night stay and toward the end of our stay we felt we needed more space in the room. I would certainly consider staying here for a future ski vacation."

"The place is very ran down. The staff is very rude, specially Olivia and sonele. They screamed at me because they made a mistake on their end regarding the breakfast. The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap. And they would not provide clean towels when I asked. There was no safe in the room and also no soap. The toilet had no trash can. The room has no coffee maker or fridge , but they...
