"Room was not cleaned, fridge dirty & smells, chair horrible, no towel in room, went down the reception more than 5 times no one at the reception. Bed, was like I'm lying on a metal spring (couldn’t sleep) . 8am went back to the reception for towel, no one there. Went online google the hotel number and called, spoke with a lady who told someone will come help you. After few minutes a guy came from the door next to the reception and gave me 2 towels. I asked why that horrible room & bed. He said oh sorry because we are too busy.. worse night ever"
