"Hotel staff were lovely people, always greeted with kindness and providing any help needed. The room was clean, and the bed incredibly comfy. In a great location walking distance to everything nearby! Wish I had longer in San Juan to stay more time at this hotel. "

"It was great in the begining, they offer unlimited coffee (bad quality but unlimited). And they are very friendly. When paying time came, they took almost twice the price of my reservation and they didn't even give me any receipt. "
