"The best part of this was the location and free parking. Our room was clean, but everything in it was just sloppy. The mattresses were basically cardboard, sunk in weird places, and the one of the frames was missing a leg and a wheel, so it dipped lower than the Dow currently. The shower was accessible and large, but someone had used enough bleach to dissolve body parts to clean it. One of the lamps didn’t work at all, and the bedding was probably older than my elder Millennial self, and was as threadbare as my will to live. "

"My husband was in the hospital for bypass surgery. We weren't completely sure what day he was going to be released, so I had reserved an extra day just in case, When I checked in I explained to the front desk person that I may not need the second night. He told me that I could cancel it within the hour but not after. I checked with the hospital and was told that it was very likely that he would be released the next day. I immediately let the front desk person know. I was never refunded. There is no elevator and I was on the third floor, alone, with a heavy bag. The rooms are updated. The outside is rather rough, but that's to be expected. The parking garage is under the building and very small and run down, maybe 14 spaces! I got the last space, inching my car up against a pile of what looked to be drywall. Wouldn't return."
