The tried to send us to another hotel but we finally got other rooms at the hotel without sea view and different bed constellation. Got a limited discount compared to the reservered rooms. Besides room issues the hotel was great with nice pool, nice beach, nice restaurant and bar."

"After booking, we repeatedly messaged the hotel for directions and only got a reply at 7:55am on check-in day, telling us the only boat left Cartagena at 8:15am. No way to make it. They then sent a contact for a 9am boat costing 90k + 30k port tax, though cheaper 70k options exist. Given boats run only until 9am and transport can cost as much as two nights’ stay, this should be clearly stated before booking – we could easily have missed the first night. "Our arrival was not great, as the hotel was over booked despite our reservation. The location of the hotel is good. The lady working there was very nice. The water supply was a bit unstable in the bathroom. There was Netflix.The room smelt of cigarettes. Good breakfast"
