"Black mold. Like everywhere. Elevator also doesn't seem to have been inspected since 2013. Broken level 4 button. Location is phenomenal, the staff was super kind and helpful, but the room itself (which, for the price, is what it is) was stinky and exceptionally moldy. The floor had this strange waxy residue on it, almost requiring you to wear socks lest you track something into the bed. Surprisingly the bed was fine, didn't seem to have any stains or smells. Shower/sink did their jobs, water...

"DO NOT STAY HERE…. Dirty, broken windows, missing light bulbs in lamps, broken mirror, shower didn’t work. The whole place is just unkept and super sketchy. A prostitute was in lobby when I was arriving. Elevator looks as thought it will break any second. Pictures on site are completely not what it looks like. Bad part of the area and homeless by the hotel. Pay more and stay another place. "

"The room was awful; there was no hot water to take a shower. The smell of marijuana was throughout the whole place. The walls are thin, and you could hear muffled voices through the walls. The tub had grime I could not get out. Breakfast was cookies and cereal. Choose somewhere else. "

"Pros: quiet room on the back side of hotel. Shower was great; a large "rain shower" type shower head with good water pressure. Front desk staff were all very friendly.
Cons: it's on the edge of the tenderloin district, not a great neighborhood. Feels a little sketchy at night walking around. The room had a very faint odor, as if a prior occupant had a pet that peed on the carpet or something. Kept the window cracked open our entire stay for fresh air and to dissipate the odor."

"Small parking slots (assigned at check-in), not good if you have something like a Toyota Tundra. Small rooms, uncomfortable beds, very thin blankets, flat pillows. At check-in, there's no receptionist - there's a guy in the monitor who does virtual check-in. Construction happening at the time we stayed here, can get noisy. "
