"We had an amazing stay in Santiago Atitlán! The room was super spacious with four comfortable beds, very clean, and had a beautiful view overlooking the lake. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Atitlán. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Aldo, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake Atitlán! 🌿💙"

"The location is terrible; all the attractions are far away. Expedia or the owner are lying because the location description says that Central Park is a 3-minute walk away, and that's a lie. I don't recommend this place. I requested a refund because I didn't need the room, and besides, I booked it within 24 hours and there was no way to cancel it."

"The room was full of mosquitoes. Within a few minutes I had three bites. I asked the host what I could do and he gave me a spray. I sprayed the room but got two more bites. I left the guest house and asked for a refund of my reservation, but it was denied."
