"Localização excelente no centro de Brotas. Quarto é bem bonito e espaçoso, mas achamos a cama de solteiro muito pequena, e tivemos problemas com umidade no quarto. Relatei tudo ao Renato e acredito que haverão melhorias quanto a isso. "

"Quarto velho, portas nao funcionam direito. Mau conservado. Chuveito horroroso (conta gotas fervendo). Frestas nas janelas e portas. Toalhas fe banho e cobertas cheiravam muito mau… acho q nao vale a pena. Mas para a localizacao foi legal (7min do centro)"

"O local é um Motel e não um hotel. Colocaram "Hotel motel" só para poder anunciar o quarto no site.
O chuveiro não funcionava direito e tivemos de tomar banho de ducha, a televisão só pegava record e sbt e a cama era muito desconfortável.
Não indico este local."
