The first thing I would like to mention is the staff. They were amazing, hospitable, very kind, and supportive. I really enjoyed my stay there. The room was very clean, and we liked the breakfast as well. The location was excellent — just a 2-minute walk from Taksim Square. Once again, I would like to thank the staff for their kindness.

First of all, a huge thank you to Engin, Hussein, Murat and everyone at Emerald Mansion Hotel for being such wonderful hosts! They were warm, pleasant and welcoming from the moment I arrived at the hotel and Engin was more than happy to help plan my itinerary on days I made few plans. Hussein was equally as hospitable when booking my itinerary. I really cannot fault my stay at Emerald Mansion Hotel; it’s clean, new, comfortable and within striking distance to Sultanahmet Square where you can...

The hotel location is good with easy communication. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean, quite, well equipped and organised. The hotel in general is a very good place to stay for a holiday break with family. Me and my wife enjoyed the place and were very happy.

We had a lovely welcoming stay at union hotel. Very convenient location and rooms with all the required amenities for a comfortable stay. We were greeted daily by the lovely staff who were always there to offer tea or coffee and see how we were doing. Special thanks to Mohammed, Mariam, Bilal, and Ali!

Mövenpick truly exceeded ALL of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality & an unexpected upgrade to a stunning sea view suite, allowing us to wake up to the breathtaking sight of the Marmara Sea sparkling under the golden sunshine every morning. The hotel's location in the vibrant Zeytinburnu area offered a perfect mix of tranquility and convenience. Despite the proximity to the metro station, we preferred taking (very reliable) taxis that the front...

Absolutely flawless! Stylish room in a charming little hotel in a very cool part of town with easy access to all the places you'll want to get to. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were lucky to get a room with the sea view with a balcony looking over the Bosphorus, the Palace and Hagia Sophia. Loved having coffee and croissants from Da Giovanni café opposite on our balcony in the morning sun with the amazing view 10/10

From arrival to departure we found everything absolutely perfect, there is nothing to improve upon. What a fabulous way to be introduced to Istanbul. Firstly you are met and taken to reception, provided with lovely coffee and given so much great information. Tufan and the team are the most hospitable people and cannot do enough for you., such as transfers, trips, and restaurant recommendations. In addition to that a beautiful breakfast was organised for us one morning, the full amazing Turkish...
