"Hotel owner is very nice, it is a cozy little guest house. Kamikochi is a beautiful place, definitely recommend this place."

"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "

Far from the center of Matsumoto Nothing was around the property Nothing would be provided to kids, such as amenities, welcoming tea and snacks, basically. The only nicer point was hot spring with good scene"

"ログハウスの珍しいタイプの宿でした。 珍しいのでそれなりに興味をそそられました。 今回はたまたま仕事で現地を訪れていたので、家族での利用でしたが、使い勝手はビジネスホテルのほうが自由度が高いように感じました。 もし遊びで家族で訪れていたのならば、緑が多くて、それなりによかったのかもしれません。"
