"The Guesthouse check-in was frustrating to say the least. We didnt recieve our digital roomkey until 7:42pm nearly 5 hours after check in time. By then we had to find another property where we could pick up room card keys. It was very stressful as there is no where to store luggage before check in. Three days after checking out and the Guesthouse is still trying to get us to pay for a digital card that we never even used once. Im incredibly disappointed. "

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"
