"Stayed for a night on the way to Wales, great location on the promenade, got parked right across the street, made very welcome, very comfy bed, great breakfast and its a lovely town ended up staying around until afternoon....what more do you want for under £50??? "

"Wonderful staff, very polite, helpful, and they have a great sense of humour. We borrowed the Iron and Iron board from them for free which was fantastic. Great place to stay, will save in my favourites for Blackpool. "

"We booked two family rooms and one single room. They were all decent size and clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was also ideal and within walking distance of the beach/promenade. We will definitely book again! "

"Lovely room, spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed Nice size bathroom with complimentary soaps, shampoos etc All rooms on first floor so could be an issue if you have mobility problems Royal hotel bar/ restaurant quite busy so would recommend booking if you want to dine in. "We booked this place as a last minute booking, so we didnt know what to expect. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a smile. We managed to park at the back of the building. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. It was very hot though as the heating was on, but once turned off, the room went much cooler.
