少し間を空けて立っていたら他の従業員が私に気付き素早く駆け寄り「チェックインでしょうか？」と声を掛けてくださいました。
そして「すみませんが少々お待ちください」と言われた。
たったそれだけのことですが従業員教育が良く行き届いていると感じこのホテルの第一印象が良くこれから宿泊することに安心感を覚えた。"

"Liked that there was a fridge and microwave in our room and an onsite onsen. Although sad that the women's onsen doesn't have a cold plunge or sauna like the men's. Provided pajamas, onsen towels and disposable slippers were good additions. Breakfast was ok.Thanks for a lovely stay."
