"The a/c was not working and the front desk knew it when we checked in. We had a very cold night there in that small room. The lights in the hall walk were controlled by sound but we had to jump to vibrate the wall. As a result, the building seemed to be a ghost mansion. So it was really bad to choose this hotel unless you have no choice."

"Trotz Bestätigung der Buchung durch hotels.com war unsere Buchung anscheinend nicht angekommen. Zufällig war der Manager vor Ort (mit Baumschnitt beschäftigt) und wir konnten mit Ihm die Situation besprechen. Da er nicht mit unserer Ankunft gerechnet hatte, war das Appartement nicht geheizt (eiskalt) und Warmwasser war erst nach ca. 3 Stunden verfügbar. Wäre der Manager vor Ort nicht so nett und hilfsbereit gewesen, wäre dies eine 0-Stern Bewertung geworden. Das Appartement und die Umgebung...
