Handles were missing off cupboard doors, light bulb not working in bathroom, a wheel missing off a unit so was balanced on a piece of wood and generally room needed to be touched up in places. The relax inn guest house is within a very walkable distance from the pier and the lanes, very convenient with plenty of shop, pub, and dining options. Would definitely recommend and would come back for my next trip to Brighton. "

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location and parking is excellent. It was an extremely hot weekend, but even so, having fans available for the rooms would have been good. Rooms face pub garden/courtyard....something to be aware of if you want total peace and quiet. That said very quiet at overnight. "
