"Hubo discrepancias en lo ofertado. Por ejemplo en la página indicaban que se incluía el kit de aseo ayenda. Toalla, shampoo, y jabón. Pero el shampoo manifestaron que no se incluía, y el jabón era de los más baratos de ese jabón chiquito. Además se ofrecen como hotel ayenda y no observé publicidad de ayenda en ningún lado. Aunque se pidieron tres camas individuales atercaban que eso no era así, y querían cobrar un adicional, me tuve que enojar y decirles que eso no era lo que me habían ofrecido...

"I arrived in Popayan expecting to be picked up and driven to my home 30km away in Piendamo. Unfortunately, a strike was blocking the highway, so I needed a place to stay.
