"No cable in our room, husband went to front desk to ask and they were like no help. Basically told him some rooms don't have cable right now. Room was clean and spacious great for the price."

"The room was clean enough, I guess. I was given a room on the 3rd floor that did have a lake view. That was nice.
The washed towels still had stains on them. Btw, this may have been a temporary problem, but the water from the faucet and shower was brown at the beginning. I went to the front desk and they charged me $2.00 per bottle of water. Even though I paid for 2 nights, I left after the first night itself.
For $350 per night including taxes, I expected a lot more from this place. I was...

"Room was clean and reasonably priced. Market and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Took awhile to get the TV working right. There is no onsite staff, you are sent an access code beforehand to get into your room. We booked via Expedia (who likes to send messages) so I missed the message with the access code and was panicking a bit before another lodger told us what to look for. Good place for an overnight stay."

"Very convenient location and good price. Loved the knotty pine interior, Queen+Twin bedroom, large windows and bath tub. Nice helpful staff. Walk across the street to Walker Burger or there’s a cute coffee shop and park about 1/2 mile away."

"Met the owner Steve who checked me in and upgraded me to a kitchenette room without me asking. This property is a throwback in time, such a cute setup and a very comfortable bed. I would/and will stay here again. Bonus is the pool!!! Thanks again Steve for making my stay in Walker a dream. -Duck Soup"

"New remodel and clean excellent. Needed another coffee. We liked the TV programming Liked having micro, coffee and refrigerator. Tidy up the outside area.
