"Stayed here for the 2nd night during our Iceland trip on the way back to Reykjavik. The code for self-check in was sent the day before. We were in the exact same room again. The room was clean, the shower room worked well, the kitchen was spacious and equipped with two sets of everything (sinks, ovens, stoves, microwaves, fridges, etc). Spacious dining areas with plenty of tables and chairs. Our room was really warm (June) without even turning on the heater. We actually needed to keep the window...

"The room was pristine, area is quiet and isolated. Great value for a spacious room. Only issue were the gnats, which can be a problem all over Iceland, just need bug spray outside."

"We wished we had stayed more than just one night at this great property. The tents are lovely and beautifully decorated. We were even supplied with candles, a lantern and eye shades. It was cozy and very comfortable. The service house and the "barn" are over and above and would make great gathering spots for extended families or large group of friends. We walked down to the beach and discovered swans and a seal just off the shore!"

"Would definitely recommend! They have all of the amenities you need, plus everything you may have not realized you needed. The room was clean, the hot tub was great to soak in after a day of exploring. We really enjoyed our two nights at this property! "

"All around, we were unbelievably impressed with this stay. After spending a night in an extremely small hotel in Reykjavik, we were worried about what was to come. This Guesthouse completely changed our trip, and we purposely changed plans to be able to spend more time there. It was clean, very cozy, spacious, and had everything we could need in the kitchenette. Service was exceptional, and all around, the cabin was an excellent stay in all ways. "The hotel is a bit far , close to national park. But the kitchen has everything. We got groceries on the way to the hotel and had the best cooking experience in our 10 days trip of Iceland. The communal bathroom is fine. Toilet paper was not restocked in time but you can ask. A relaxing place. Give us a feeling of belonging to the community . Nice stay anyway."
