"After we booked, and paid for, a room the hotel sent us a message saying (in Spanish - which I was able to translate because of a basic knowledge of the language) that the hotel was closed because of water inundation. They followed up with a shorter message simply saying that the hotel was closed. So, we had to find another hotel at short notice. The hotel should not have been listed as available."

"La habitación está bien respecto al precio, pero descansamos muy mal por los ruidos. Las paredes son de papel, se oyen hasta las conversaciones de las habitaciones de al lado y de la calle. Del restaurante no podemos opinar, cuando hicimos el check-in sobre las 17:00 nadie nos advirtió que teniamos que reservar para cenar o de que estuvieran completos... Primera vez en mi vida que no puedo hacer uso del restaurante del hotel donde me hospedo. No volveremos ni recomendaremos. "

"Property located within the walls of Avilia. Researched first on their website, http://www.hostaldondiego.es/en/don_diego_hostel. Parking under the hotel and rooms air conditioned. Booked site and sent email requesting parking. On arrival noted no catering for disability. No one at reception so had to ring external doorbell. After a while a male let us in. WARNING do not arrive in the afternoon when he is on siesta, grumpy does not cover it. No parking had been reserved and when asked...
