"I stayed at the new hostel on King Street that replaced the old building very suddenly. As a result they are still in the process of setting it up but even so it is still welcoming and pleasant. "Excellent for the price I paid. Rooms have recently been renovated and it showed. The only niggles were that the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and probably needs replacing (room 10) and there was no hot water: I tried to have a shower but couldn't: No matter how long you ran the tap for or in which position the water never got warm. Would definitely stay there again. Big thank you to Jamie who so very kindly let me check in early."

Turned up to find the whole building in scaffolding getting the cladding done, no access to small balcony, fridge needs defrosting, external glazing dirty and still with plastic wrapping, laundry being tied in one of the storage areas.
