"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "Everything as expected with the accommodation, great communication throughout from the owners. Great location for beach, Ingoldmels, Skegness or travelling further up and down the coast. "

"So shops are near by as are arcades etc but the van its self needs updating. It hadn't been cleaned much as there was sand in bathrooms, dirt up the sides near dinner table cob webs etc etc but as we was staying one night we felt with it. Tho 1 bathroom the floor felt unsafe and the roof in living room looks as if bowing."
