"Nice hotel"

"All staff was friendly and helpful! The inn building was built in late 1800's awesome! View of the lake was awesome! A lot to do there!"

"The room was absolutely adorable and cozy, and looked recently renovated. It was great!"

"If you're going to Ticonderoga, this is a nice, clean place with all the basics. The staff was nice and we were pleased with our stay."

"Absolutely amazing! Beautiful drive in to an absolutely breathtaking property! 5 star rustic retreat. Immaculate inside, perfectly decorated and stocked with whatever you may need for your stay! Plenty of solar power for lighting and charging. Gas for hot water and cooking. Comfortable sleeping inside and out on the completely screened porch! The deck is half covered, making it fantastic in sunny or rainy weather. Gas grill all ready to go. You are pretty much surrounded by the lush forest! The...

"There was no TV and the AC was not working. The property had the heat all the way up and it was uncomfortably hot all weekend"

"Very nice staff and the room was very comfortable and quiet. My only comment would be that the dingy shower walls could use a bit of scrubbing to make them gleam. icrowave and oven and coffee were a nice plus. "

Place was In Great shape , VERY private , driveway was extremely steep making towing my trailer up it a little sketchy. But other than those two issues place was great! "

"The room was just ok - clean pillow, clean bed. The overall feel for the room was that it needed some TLC, maybe a good overhaul. Parking in the back of the inn felt like a game of Tetris. When I asked the owner about it I was given a variety of answers from "well it was only one night" to "maybe you're room was not put on the list". No real compensation or apology, just...

"This was on a family trip after burying our mother. We were the ONLY ones staying, yet they wouldn't give us the cabin with wi fi. The old lock locked us out late at night and it took 30 minutes for them to help us. When I complained, they kicked us out and called the police who had us drive away in the middle of the night with an 11 yr old. "
