"Room looked like a cr*ck den, bathroom is shared and doesn’t even lock so anyone can walk in while you are showering no towels and bed sheets was minging with brown stuff on, told staff they didn’t do nothing"

"The room was tiny. Up 2 flights of stairs. The towels were very small I left after one night had the worst stiff neck from the pillows. Would never stay there again ."
