"Las Arenas has quite a smart reception area that suggests it was once in a rather better state than it is now. The apartments are in definite need of updating - splits in the doors, and a poor shower screen that meant it was easy to virtually flood the bathroom. Not that my showers lasted long, as the water was only hot for a very short burst at a time. "A great location in the centre of Maspalomas and good value. Room is basic but very clean and modern. Spacious Bathroom. Plenty of storage space The pool area is especially nice. Will stay again. Downsides are, a somewhat noisy setting due to busy traffic and adjacent to delivery parking. So bring earplugs (a good idea for central maspalomas everywhere). WiFi is dreadful, as is everywhere else on the Island, so prepare for data roaming in advance."

Enligt hotels.com så ingick tre personer i priset, men enligt boendet ingick bara en person för priset vi hade betalat. Så personen var väldigt hjälpsamma och ordnade en till säng åt oss. Men då var vi tvungna att betala dubbelt så mycket. Väldigt hjälpsam personal, men tråkigt att det blev dubbla priset."
