"It is a cozy, cute hotel tucked in the beautiful hills of Camogli. The room was clean and came with snacks and a coffee maker in it. The hotel provided fresh focaccia every morning. Staff was friendly and spoke English which was a plus for us as we don't speak Italian. "

"A lovely place and Rebecca was very friendly and helpful. She kept in contact without being intrusive and obviously cares that her guests have a pleasant stay. 100/10 for the sunset views - it is a true westerly view from the balcony. Be aware that the town elevator close to the property is currently out of order so there was quite a climb to the property. I don't say that to be negative, I stand by the 5 stars overall, just be aware because one reason to book this property was the elevator...

"We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "Staff gave me a wonderful warm welcome, covered all aspects of the hotel facilities available to us and then showed me to my room.
