"Overall the hotel was nice with a comfortable room and’s beds and great shower! We could have used a mini fridge but there were none.
The lack of AC was a challenge as we stated in July and the temp was quite hotel at night, even with the windows open. No fans available either.
The staff was very nice and kindly let is check out later which was really helpful."

"We had a basic twin room with 2 single beds (comfy enough), air conditioned (a welcome treat in this heat) the toilet/shower area is a bit small though, the rooms and corridors were clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and polite, they serve a full continental breakfast and the hotel does have 24-hour food service (Pizza, grilled cheese and deserts) for between midnight and breakfast, great for us that came back at 3am after been out for drinks, and lastly there is parking straight...

"Low cost night and just what you would expect. Beds in our room were comfortable, tea and coffee provided and also body wash and hand wash in bathroom."

"There was just enough parking, the instructions on how to enter the property was simple & accurate. The room was perfect for an overnight stop, bed clothing was fresh & clean. The shower was on the small size (I’m Big) other than that great."

"The property cancelled the booking on the day in the evening.
I was told I would get another booking at not extra cost. This did not happen.
Awful experience this time through Expedia with OYO.
Disrupted my day at work trying to sort out the booking and speak to numerous people on the phone for a long time. Frustrating to waste so much of my time on a Saturday at work - to no avail and no room at the end of all that..!"

"I arrived on 7/7/26 having booked and paid for a room for 1 night. The property was locked up and no sign of life at all. I was put in a vulnerable position of having nowhere to stay and having to find alternative accommodation at very short notice. Expedia tried to help me which was difficult as my phone was running out of charge . Not happy to be placed in this position by the host or Expedia and will be insisting that they take the property off their site to avoid a repetition. Another guest...
