"Disappointing experience. I booked this hotel as it had air conditioning, but was then told they don’t turn it on until June. When I asked them to turn it on earlier, the owner complained that I was the only one who wanted it (each room has their own controls and if others don’t want it on, it being on in my room won’t affect them at all). "Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was your typical Italian fare with croissants and other pasties, meats and cheese. Enjoyed the made to order cappuccinos. Great location with many restaurants and cafe choices outside your front door. No elevator, but staff will help with carrying luggage up the stairs."
