"Overall the stay was not good as we had some issues with staff response. It looked like enough attention was not paid to guests, in terms of preparation of dinner (which took over 2 hours) and only one option in breakfast (parantha n curd). Also there are issues with electricity and we were left alone in the haveli. The staff and owner did not even care to turn the power backup on. They didn’t even thought of guests experiencing inconvenienece. Also they were not even courteous to apologize to...

"This is one of the few places in India where you can enjoy authentic historical architecture and construction and a natural setting yet with amenities at a world standard. The staff were absolutely wonderful and looked after you professionally and with kindness. Details matter - the entire facility was spotless, all the lights work, all the power outlets work, hot water is hot (and is controlled by the valve labeled 'hot'), water pressure good, air conditioning works, things operate on time....
