"There was literally no water for the entirely of my two-day trip. No working toilet. No shower. No running water of any kind. And because there are no staff on site, there was no way for this issue to be resolved in a timely manner. I spent two days on vacation, in Florence of all places, without the ability to properly bathe. Hardly the sort of thing I expected to pay for when I made the reservation."
