"Welcome greeting and quickly checked. Offered a free Lyft service to Burbank airport in the morning- a free feature to all guests. You tell the front desk the pick up time, cell # and airline… everything else is handled via text messages. No need to get the app Room was clean and fresh. Rooms a very quite .. especially given you’re very close to the 5 We will definitely stay here again "
