"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. "Nous sommes arrivés à 15h et l'hôtel était fermé, un n° de téléphone plus attribué et un portable sur messagerie et 1/2 h un message pour nous dire qu'ils sont en travaux et de laisser nos coordonnées pour qu'ils puissent nous contacter. J'attends tjrs leur appel! Pas du tout commercial et pourtant j'ai eu une confirmation pour la réservation et donné des empreintes!!! Quel honte! Que pensez vous de cette mésaventure ? "
