"My best friend and I came here to stay for 2 days, they never cleaned the room, when we went to the bathroom there were still used condoms that hadn't been thrown away. When we announced check-out, they asked us to pay because we hadn't paid in full. After I opened the app to show them, they apologized. The trip back to my hometown with my best friend was terrible because I chose the wrong motel."

But the karaoke, construction & screaming kids were all questions I asked repeatedly in emails & texts and never got answers until the last day I when I threatened to cancel. Called 3 phone #'s & no one answered. Receptionist & manager both lied & never told me there was frequent very loud karaoke any day or night, and next door is a party house, & the street is full of very noisy kids. Communication is...

"The beach is just a 200m walk from the hotel. There you can enjoy the sea breeze and the wave. Take a stroll along this beach and there are many seafood restaurants. The locals like to gather along this beach to watch sunset. The room facility is functional and meet my travel needs. One of the hotel staff can converse in English very well, and was very helpful in assisting and guiding me. She advised me of the options available to travel to Ho Chi Minh City and even help me to do an online...

"We were charged for 2 deluxe rooms and one deluxe but not beach front for a total of 4 millions but when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist was not aware of our booking and gave us 3 wooden rooms which were 3 times less expensive. They didn't want to refund the difference which is unacceptable. TO AVOID. Except that the hotel was totally empty and the all structure not well maintained."
