"Very reasonable price but we struggled to find horizontal surfaces on which to place phones, wallets and glasses. A couple of small shelves here and there would be greatly appreciated. Likewise, in the absence of wardrobes, options to hang clothes were limited; a few coat hooks on the walls would be a great improvement and take the pressure off the rack on the door. "It is sn old property in dire need of some fresh decorating. Especially the stair carpet which looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in months. It also smells in the narrow passageways. The toilets and showers needed cleaning. Staff were nice, polite and helpful."

Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful.
