"Lovely big clean room . Very noisy in the am though with people slamming doors ( there was a coach party staying) ."

"Fine for a one night stay."

"Rooms a little bit dated, cosy bar area, good breakfast, friendly staff, free parking, good location, over all we enjoyed our stay"

"Very clean room, great location and the staff was very nice and helpful."

"For the price can't complain as you also get free parking. The room was clean and tidy with clear instructions as to how to access the room key. The restaurant is dog friendly also and food delicious. Just bear in mind it can be noisy in the room until the restaurant closes but not a massive issue."

"Lovely staff."

"Cosy traditional b&b room above the pub itself, surprisingly quiet (never heard a sound) even though the pub below is a very popular place and full every night. Nice breakfast, good evening meal, can’t fault the place. Patrick and the locals were very friendly, we happily chatted amongst them all evening on both nights we stayed. All in all a very good time, would we stay again? Absolutely no problem at all."

"Stay here for many years great location thank you!!"

"Superb stay in a stunning location! I very much enjoyed the set-up here, with the honesty bar and use of the kitchen. I hope to return."

"The service was very good, the breakfast ideal and the room comfortable."

"Lovely room really clean and comfortable, good location for the town"

"Lovely comfortable room, great shower. We really appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities. Great location for exploring the beautiful Devon countryside."

"Everything was perfect, from the location to the property itself and the lovely hosts"

"Very quiet location, excellent views, warm and welcoming upon arrival. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area"

"Beautiful setting with excellent biodiversity. Cabin itself is dated. Given that it’s on a fish farm it’s probably great as a base for fishing but wasn’t the best cabin I’ve booked for a family trip with two small children."
