"The staff were amazing! They were very welcoming and helpful. My sister and I got stuck without transportation back to the hotel and the staff made sure a taxi came to pick us up. We were greeted each time we entered the reception area and always had cheerful help if we needed it. Thank you for a pleasant and comfortable stay. You are doing a great job! Loved the hot breakfast each morning and the pizza and drinks in the evening. "

"No food options, but was a room with microwave in you could heat some food in. Didnt bother me as we ate out anyway. Bed was very comfortable. We came back to the apartment at around 9pm. We watched a film on the tv (netflix already logged in), which was a very pleasent surprise. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. Was so nice to wake up to of a morning. "Beds we very comfortable. Good quality sheets and duvet, perfectly pressed. We had two rooms. One with a balcony overlooking the river. Well worth the extra cost for before and after dinner river watching and early morning. The second room was labelled cosy double but had plenty of room. Staff very friendly and good menus. I really like that atmosphere. It’s relaxed and classy at the same time. "

"The hotel is set inan amazing area. Walking distance to a shops. The hotel rooms were big and inviting. It was spotless and tidy. The bathroom showed some age but was perfectly functional. And as a cyclist you are very close to an old train track bed that is a shared cycle walking path with a tunnel that runs directly under the hotel. And into the main town centre. "

"Really friendly at check in and throughout. Free parking a bonus. Room was great for what we needed with good facilities. Loved the fact there was a bar downstairs - very convenient for a nightcap. Not noisy at all. Room very hot (weather was extreme) and only one window to open but there was a fan. Would definitely stay again when in the area,"

"Our lodge was amazing there was plenty of room for 4 adults and the lodge can accommodate 6 although only 4 people can sit at the dining table inside. The hot tub was ready for use when we arrived and self check in was easy. Amanda who came to check the hot tub was very friendly and helpful.
