"What a property!! Everything about this property is fantastic! The decor, the cleanliness, the fixtures & fittings, the comfort of the furniture & beds, the crockery, etc etc is absolutely second to none! The location being right by the main street with all the cafes, pubs and restaurants is also fantastic and the access to a small, private outside space is also a bonus! I will without a doubt be booking this property again for my next visit to this part of the UK!"

Staff were not only unhelpful but customer service was very poor. Apparently they were fully booked but they seemed not at all bothered by my complaint.
