"Not worth the price unfortunately. The beds were made up nicely and comfortable but the curtains have mould at the bottom and the curtain pole isn’t secure so it fell and hurt my hand when I went close the curtains. The bathroom had empty shower gel and soap dispensers. We went out for dinner but on returning the pub door was locked as they closed early. Luckily, a member of staff was still there to let us in and then kindly informed us that there is a back entrance too which we didn’t know...

"I had a wonderful stay at the Clarence, it was very clean and comfortable, there is so much attention to detail and Richard and Karen were great hosts. The location is perfect, near the shops and beach and at a quieter spot on the Esplanade. I travelled by train and it was an easy flat walk from the station."

"We had the most wonderful 3-night stay at Penn House Hotel in Weymouth. My 9 year old son and I were genuinely sad to leave by the end — it felt less like a hotel and more like staying with family or friends. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble.
Our top-floor room had an absolutely amazing view, and it was such a peaceful place to relax after busy days exploring Weymouth. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and quiet in the evenings, which was...

"Arrived at the property and it has closed for business leaving us stranded at the height of summer when everything is booked up. We are hours from home on a road trip.Taken our money months ago and no word from the owners, still listed online and still taking bookings. Landlord at a local pub told us tbey had gone bust. Shocking behaviour!! Beware of booking here, need to take it from your website! Doing a chargeback with credit card."
