"Modern and clean enough but it isn't really made clear enough that this is literally just a room. There is no use of the kitchen, that was padlocked and so no way of even making a cup of tea. Not sure that is made clear enough in the booking. Just a kettle and a mug would have made a difference."

"I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. "Two single beds a bit creaky, not enough toilet roll 1for four nights. Parking spot very tight and not marked very clearly (someone took our parking spot when we returned late one night, hard to find another spot. Overall very happy with our stay"
