"Staff had great customer service but the hotel is horrible. The room wasn’t cleaned properly as there were garbage behind the fridge and beside the bed and the sheets had stains. It smells really bad, room service was poor and the room I was in was musty. Our room service was just them using the same sheets to make the bed. When we asked for change of sheets they only flipped the sheets and reused them. The air vents were dusty which affected my son’s sinus. So many stains on the carpets it was...
