"The staff seemed bothered to check me on and out. The paint was peeling in the ceiling in the shower. The hall smelled like Indian food. The elevator was broken. The hand soap was out in my room and not refilled. All in all there is much to improve to get even to a 2"

"Absolutely loved my stay here! The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire team went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again! Highly recommend."

"Had trouble when I checked in. The guy there told me he could noy find my reservation. The guy seemed to be upset with life. Got to my room it had a bad smell? Went to the front desk and there were a shift change and an attitude change also. Lucy was full of joy and had a Great attitude with me. She changed the room and kept asking me if she could do anything to help out."

"We stayed 4 nights and the room was never cleaned, beds changed or towels restocked we made our own beds and got our own clean towels from the lobby.
The tub had no slip strips. The curtain rod was coming out of the tile, so the curtain kept sliding to the middle of the tub- causing water on the floor or wet floor mats.
Friday night was a mess with some patrons causing issues, local police were called, about using a room on the floor we were on.

"The prices are unreasonably high for how poorly maintained this place is. The ceilings had mold, the mattresses were very uncomfortable, the toilet would barely flush and was dirty, the water faucets were filthy, and the bathtub was disgusting. Overall, the property is in very poor condition and does not justify the price they charge. I would not recommend staying here"
