"It is a pleasure to write a review of Casa das Capelas. It is a large and beautiful, fully renovated, historical building, set in lovely grounds. My excellent room looked out over rolling countryside. So peaceful. And the owners were extremely hospitable. There is a great patio to have a glass of wine, meet a few locals and eat a light dinner. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area."

"This hotel is so unique. It’s a place to stay if you are interested in Spanish history and would like to stay somewhere that honors the past. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about the pazo’s history both of the family that owned it and general history of the area. There are quite alot of cats and a few dogs around so it may not be the place for you if you aren’t keen on animals."

"La verdad, no tenían constancia, en un principio de mi llegada. Me dijeron que no trabajan mucho con Hoteles.com. Me dieron una habitación doble, en ese aspecto bien, pero porque solo les quedaba esa. Pero no funcionaba la calefacción, no pude darme un baño porque no había tapón en la bañera. Y LO PEOR, intentaron entrar 2 veces en mi habitación estando yo dentro. Puedes pensar que alguien se confundió y ya está, pero en una de las ocasiones llegaron a abrir la puerta.
