"La casa esta muy bien, parece haber sido renovada recientemente y se encuentra muy cerca de la presa la encantadora, que como su nombre indica es un lugar con encanto, un pequeño paraiso a apenas 3 Km del pueblo de Vallehermoso. "We were very pleased with aspects of our stay, the apartment was clean and bright, next to the sea and was comfortable and generally well equipped. However the shower was not hot and had to run for around 10 minutes before reaching its maximum, inadequate temperature. "The staff is helpful and kind.The low-rating is due to the architectural design of the hotel. On a beautiful island why would one even consider designing, let alone constructing a hotel that has 4 to 5 rooms on each floor with windows opening to views directly into other guests rooms. The hotel is build like a donut with a 3 meter hole in the center,so if you book here, be sure to ask what views the room offers."

"lovely place and people. However, I discovered a failure of communication from Expedia to the hotel. Expedia fails to inform the hotel whether the booking is fully paid. Without the voucher, the hotel had the booking but not this information. A system failure at the Expedia end."
