"We stayed in a family room with our dog. There was a welcome pack for the dog including a toy, treats and poo bags. They also provided bowls, towel and a bed. (Saved us getting the dog bed out of the car) We still used our dogs bowl as she's a miniature. We had dinner in the bar I had mains cesear salad, which was amazing with anchovies in as well as being a really generous portions. "The only slight disappointment was the waiting time at the table for our meals which is why I only scored four stars on service. However, everything else was superb. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were extremely pleasant and courteous and we would not hesitate to stay again in the future."

"The pool was lovely some tiles need work. Room looked new lovely and clean. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choices. Staff were all really nice, friendly and approachable. Lovely night would definitely stay again."

"Great pub hotel in a the lovely town of Wadebridge. The accommodation was a great price in nicely finished rooms with a pub downstairs, walks, bike rides and shopping on your doorstep. There's not much parking with the pub. You have to be lucky to get one but there's plenty available in town very close to the pub."

"Food excellent and staff very friendly. Change of room no problem for my Mum who needed a walk in shower and only couple miles away from Bodmin so easy access to various things to do"

"Lovely B&B. We were extremely pleased with our stay here. We were in a cozy double room with an en-suite. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The couple running the hotel were friendly and exceptionally hospitable. The included full English breakfast is fantastic. Would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here. The value for money is fantastic. It is a perfect location to explore Cornwall!"

"Little fly fishing break for hubby. Lovely room with all the facilities, except a telly; this was a bonus though. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Will definitely be back for more fishing!"

"Visited on business but brought my partner & our dog along so we could extend the stay a little. The hotel could not do enough for us, including nightly breakfast bags to take with us early in the morning so we did not go hungry & a box of doggo goodies including 2 x bowls, meat flavoured beer, salmon treats & a new tennis ball. "I had a wonderful nights stay in a king size bed in an extremely quiet farm away from normal life. There was a good view of the splendid fireworks from the Summer ball down in Tavistock that night, then waking up to a lovely cooked breakfast. The couple were very helpful throughout and I will book again. Don't expect modern day living just homely comfort and a great view of the countryside on a working farm."
