"Stayed in premium sea view room was big and spacious, great views, would of liked a fridge just had a cooler, water available but on a hot day would be best if it was cold, robes and slippers available as well as hair dryer and iron and board, they have their own shampoo and conditioners and body wash, only thing would be the sink in bathroom doesn’t seem to drain well it’s slow and it doesn’t get rid of debris"

"Room was spotless, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, my aircon unit wasn’t working but i had a fan in the room which did the job .. 10 out of ten for the Ibis"

"Nice clean room overlooking the sea front. I expected there to be traffic noise which there was but it died down as the evening progressed. However what I didn’t expect was to be woken at 2:30 am by noisy deliveries and services and then again at various intervals throughout the night. I understand that it is probably easier for these services to happen during the night because of parking difficulties during the day but feel customers should have be told and given the option of quieter...

"The hotel could benefit from some modernisation, as parts of it are looking a little dated.
My main concern was the location of Room 227. It was a very long walk from reception and quite difficult to reach. Fortunately, I wasn’t travelling with a suitcase; otherwise, getting to the room would have been much more difficult. Better signage or assistance with luggage would have been appreciated."

"We could not have chosen a better hotel. Kat and her team are amazing. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Despite this being a pub the room was lovely and quiet. Food was delicious with lots of options. Breakfast was out of this world excellent. Location couldn't be better as it is right opposite the railway station. All in all a great experience. Thanks again Kat and team. You are the best."
