"No check-in, fui informada de que não havia toalhas de rosto e piso, e que, se cancelasse, perderia 50% do valor pago. Outros hóspedes estavam na mesma situação. Fui receber algumas toalhas e uma flanela para usar já bem a noite. A cama é desconfortável, o colchão mole e deformado, e o banheiro com ralo entupido e cabelos acumulados. O café da manhã é fraco e os sucos têm gosto artificial. O estacionamento é pago, sem aviso claro no anúncio. Sai com dor nas costas devido o colchão. Infelizmente...
