Top Aurora Hotel Reviews

Fairfield Inn By Marriott Bangor

Fairfield Inn By Marriott Bangor

8/10 Good
"The hotel was clean, staff very friendly. Room was called a "suite" but not what I know a suite to be, it was a slightly larger room with a 1/4 partition and an extra TV. No kitchenette, nothing else extra. Moving onto the hot tub we tried to relax in, it was 95% chlorine, 5% water. Left in just 2 minutes. Breakfast was decent, though nothing to brag about. Standard hotel fare with eggs, sausage one day and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches another. Waffles were okay. Property was clearly well maintained, felt comfortable staying there."

"It was okay for a one night stay, the price was right. It’s an older property but we found it clean. There was a limited breakfast of toast, bagels, waffles, yogurt and cereal. Small area to sit and eat. My only issue was the hairdryer did not work. I called the office to request another and he said he’d look. I called again and he said he didn’t see one. I understand things fail, a $15 spare hairdryer does not seem unreasonable. Check your appliance before you wash your hair!"
