"The room had a broken handle in the shower which got stuck anyone on their own would not have got out There was a door stop in the floor right in the middle of the room which I tripped over there was no reason for it to be there and no warning. This room was not checked for safety and we were appalled. The breakfast was not up to the usual standard either with sausages and rolls tasting dry and like yesterdays"
