"Nice staff, spacious room and very good breakfast."

"Clean room staff all excellent no complaints"

"Overnight stay- business trip. Really disappointed overall, but the reason for the review is the terrible service around breakfast. At check in, we confirmed that we wanted breakfast in the morning. At breakfast, we were told we hadn’t booked it- no problem, we will just pay! Only to then be treated like thieves for the rest of our breakfast and having the staff talk about us in German (one person in our group spoke German, even though we were speaking English). After paying for breakfast, I...

"Beautifully design, convenient to access the train station, stores. "

"Nice hotel near the train station - lots of grocery options, very comfortable room."

"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. The restaurant was open from 6 pm till 8 pm for dinner if you arrive at 7:45 pm it’s too late and that is ridiculous as for breakfasts The cheeses and hams and eggs weren’t replenished so choice was greatly limited. "The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. "

"The room was clean and simple, with ample space and a comfortable bed and chair. The staff was very friendly. It was easy to find and there was free parking."

"The room was clean but outdated and located in the middle of nowhere."

"Very noisy place. Close to lorry car park. "

"The staff are lovely and the location is great The rooms are dated and need refurbishment. The bed was uncomfortable and the king size bed was covered with two small sheets rather than one big one. The sink had a big crack in it. I wouldn’t have sold that room with that sink. There’s a lot of noise from restaurant patrons leaving and the people in the rooms above made a lot of noise at 2am. The restaurant is amazing and made up for the room. However, breakfast on the weekend is from 8am...
