"The staff members were kind. Room service requests were met promptly. There was issue with breakfast booking. But that was sorted once evidence was provided on arrival. There were some additional development fee charged on arrival. For driver, separate booking was requested: per night Rs 600-700 for shared room. This information was missing in the booking page. "I took my elderly parents for a weekend getaway to enjoy the ocean and relax by the beach. It was a wonderful experience for all of us especially the hotel staff was very friendly and the hotels service overall was very nice. The food was very good although There might be some more options that are a little more healthy can be added. And the bathrooms could have been a little more clean and maintained. But all in all hotel was perfectly fine and met all our expectations."

"Service is very delay"

"Have strayed at Arpita several times in connection with a business trip - and all time have I received a very good and friendly service. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel has both a nice pool, a good restaurant and a separate bar. Area is ‘country-side’ India with all that means.."

"It is brand new small resort ...work not yet completed ....pictures are misleading in the sense that many things are under construction.....no restaurant area .....food provided in the room .....food quality is good .....no service available after 11 p.m ....even you cant get a bottle of water......otherwise service is very good ...2 mins walk from the beach "

"If you come to Digha you must stay here. Great price, great staff & service & great rooms. Hotel Manager speaks good English & very friendly & helpful. Our room has a/c but we didnt turn it on so as to get even a better price. Turns out the room is pretty cool with the ceiling fan. Can walk to main beach or take short taxi to other area beaches. I highly recommend this place for good location, friendly staff, good rooms & great price."
